Our dedicated customer support team will make every effort to resolve your concerns.
If we are not able to incorporate your business or if you choose to cancel an unfulfilled service within five (5) days of purchase, we will refund back to you 100% of the GoNomad fees that you paid. Please note that only GoNomad fees are refundable. Any government, state, or third-party fees associated with your filing services that have already been paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
We can only refund our fee for issues we are directly responsible for or have control over. If you purchase a service and later change your mind, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Request made before company registration has been filed: If you request a refund before the registered agent has submitted the filing to the applicable state, you are eligible for a full refund of GoNomad fees.
- Request made after registration and before EIN application: If you request a refund after the company registration but before the application for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) has been submitted and/or IRS Form SS4 has been faxed to the IRS, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the GoNomad fees paid.
PLEASE NOTE: Only GoNomad fees are refundable. All government, state, or third-party fees associated with your filing services that have already been paid on your behalf are deducted before refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed and credited into your submitted bank account within two (2) to seven (7) business days.
Once we have submitted any paperwork to the government on your behalf, we cannot refund any filing fees. Additionally, fees paid for products or services provided by third-party providers (such as Registered Agents ) are non-refundable.
